I'm all about the fitness life. LIES. I'm just a habitual on again, off again person that works out. This fall, I've themed my workouts to jump rope.
The routine I'm doing is completely taken from Fitness Blender. It works well for me to come home right after work, change my clothes and set a timer. I immediately start to jump rope and do some stretch/workout routines in between.
It definitely makes me feel better and unleash aggression! I'll be trying to achieve my goal of three times a week and bump it up to thirty minutes. One day, I'll get there.
